Call A - Support for MSMEs for the Acquisition of Innovation Services -

Project aimed at repositioning the company in a luxury-oriented B2C market, which requires strong customization and high craftsmanship. This will be achieved through the execution of an investment program that includes the acquisition of two qualified services (B.1.1 and B.1.7): analysis of the international market, identification of the business model related to contract services, graphic study of staircase types for the luxury market, and development of a virtual collection for commercial use (B.1.1, support services for the introduction of new products); identification of the best combination of products/services offered, identification of new customer targets, and study of the most appropriate way to communicate the value offered (B.1.7, support services for innovation in the offer). The project's objective is to develop and launch an international market service and a range of products designed for the luxury contract sector. Therefore, the project aims to maximize the value of internal resources and skills by identifying the best combinations of products/services offered and new customer targets while also determining the most appropriate way to communicate the "value" offered, which is linked to quality, professionalism, and the ability to customize the offer by working with different materials in innovative styles and forms.
